Kathleen Joyce Kusiak
Kathleen has worked in the real estate and construction industry since 1988. In addition to managing the real estate development process, Kathleen has been responsible for business development, marketing, and strategic planning.
In 2001, Kathleen started a consulting company offering strategic planning and business development services to real estate related companies. Prior to that she worked as a third-party development manager, developing such projects as Cisco Systems’ New England campus.
She has been actively involved in numerous professional organizations including: NEWIRE (New England Women in Real Estate) where she served as President in 2006-2007; NAIOP (National Association of Industrial Properties) where she was a member of the Executive Committee; CORENET Global; Massachusetts Biotechnology Council; Massachusetts Hospital Association; SCUP (Society of College and University Planners); BSA (Boston Society of Architects) and is a Past President of the Dartmouth Club of Greater Boston.
She earned a BA in Economics and Psychology from Dartmouth College and an MBA from Boston College.
