Project Overview
Alta purchased an existing hotel property that was scheduled for foreclosure. After assembling a team of hotel experts, we undertook a major renovation and addition—moving the front entrance to the opposite side of the building and constructing a new lobby and elevator. Prior to the renovation and reopening, the hotel was running at less than 15% occupancy. Within one year of operations, the hotel was running at 100% RevPar Index with an occupancy rate of over 65%. The property also contains a one-story restaurant/conference center, which is currently being redeveloped.
